Scaffolding is usually quoted as one fixed price that covers transport, erection, a standard hire period and dismantling. The ranges below reflect typical 2026 prices for domestic work in our area — height, access, how long you need the scaffold and whether it stands on the public pavement all move the price, which is why we confirm everything with a free survey or a couple of photos.

What's included in the price
Our fixed price covers delivery, erection by qualified scaffolders, a standard hire period in line with the UK norm of 6 to 8 weeks, the statutory 7-day inspections, and dismantling when you're done. If your project overruns, an agreed weekly extension rate applies — it's on the quote from day one, so there are no surprises.
What moves the price up or down
Height and number of lifts, access (a tight terraced yard takes longer than an open drive), whether the scaffold needs to bridge a conservatory or porch, debris netting or sheeting, and pavement licences. If the scaffold stands on the public footpath, Lancashire County Council charges £42 per 7 days for the licence and needs at least two working days' notice — we handle the whole application for you.
