No two properties are the same, and neither are two scaffolds. Rather than working off a fixed rate card, we look at each job on its own merits — the height, the access, what the trades need the scaffold to do and how long it needs to stay up — and give you one clear fixed price. That price covers transport, erection by qualified scaffolders, a standard hire period, the statutory 7-day inspections and dismantling when you're done.

What's always included
Your fixed price covers delivery, erection by qualified scaffolders, a standard hire period in line with the UK norm of 6 to 8 weeks, the statutory 7-day inspections, and dismantling when you're done. If your project overruns, a weekly extension rate applies — agreed with you up front on the quote, so there are no surprises. Where a pavement licence is needed, we arrange it with Lancashire County Council and itemise it clearly.
