How much does scaffolding cost in Weeton?

Can the scaffold go on my neighbour's land or hang over their garden?
Not without permission. A neighbour can refuse access over their land, and oversailing their airspace without consent can be trespass. On Weeton's newer closes, where drives and side accesses sit tight together, the practical answer is a polite early conversation, which we are happy to help with. If agreement fails there are legal routes, the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 gives access rights where the building works are notifiable, and the Access to Neighbouring Land Act 1992 covers necessary repair and maintenance through the county court. Scaffolding itself does not trigger the Party Wall Act, the underlying work does.
Is your scaffolding TG20 compliant?
Yes. All our standard tube and fitting scaffolds are erected to TG20:21, the NASC design guidance recognised by the HSE, and a TG20 compliance sheet is available for your scaffold configuration. Jobs outside TG20 scope, temporary roofs, cantilevers or unusual loads, get a bespoke design from a competent designer. Where system scaffold is used we work to TG30:24 instead.
