How long can I keep the scaffolding, and what if the job overruns?
Our fixed price includes a standard hire period, in line with the UK norm of 6 to 8 weeks, covering transport, erection and dismantling. If the works overrun, a weekly extension rate applies at an agreed weekly rate, stated on the quote so there are no surprises. Where the scaffold stands on the village street it can only stay for the licensed period, Lancashire County Council charges a small weekly fee and we extend the licence if needed.
