If the work overruns, a weekly extension rate applies, typically £20 to £50 for the scaffold sizes common here, and we state it on the quote. Can the scaffold go on my neighbour's land or hang over their garden?

Every standard tube and fitting scaffold we erect follows TG20:21, the NASC design guidance recognised by the HSE, and we can produce a TG20 compliance sheet for your scaffold configuration, from a simple roofline run to a full wrap with a conservatory bridge. Anything falling outside TG20 scope gets a bespoke design from a competent designer before a single standard goes up.
